I absolutely love the Southend location. Becca, Faith and Amani are my favorite instructors and they always provide a quality class. I know if I see Becca or Faith they will challenge me + Amani is super sweet with a fun workout. Overall the studio is beautiful, welcoming + my home away from home. Couldn’t recommend more!

I am new to pilates and very happy that I found BK Pilates. Took one private class and then booked 10 group classes, having a good feeling that this will be my favorite workout. I do appreciate calm environment and absence of microphone, that way I am not stressed out about not understanding the instructions.

I was considering joining until I spoke to someone on the phone with a bad attitude. Extremely sad because I was looking forward to potentially joining and supporting a small business.

I am so glad I found BK Pilates, I absolutely love coming here. The studio is always clean, the instructors like to challenge you but are always helpful if you need assistance. Special shoutout to Lexi and Becca, they are the best :)
